I do not respect Lisa Lampanelli, or any other celebrity who decides to stop the show to call out someone or people call them names berate them, regardless of what they say. The funny thing is that with her over 30 years of being in the business you think that she’d have a tougher shell. What she just proves is that she’s low class. I definitely would not have paid whatever it is even if it was 10 bucks to see her and I definitely if I did see her I would’ve walked out already. This is outright abuse and it’s not funny not at all funny sad. I don’t know why that audience member decided not to leave, but I would’ve definitely. I could not sit there, while someone else berates me and belittles me calls me names, especially when I came to see this person. I think Lampanelli seems to forget that she has a career because people come to see her. She forgets that it’s the people who put her here in the first place that she even has a show. I’ve done stand up myself, and there’s always a heckler in the crowd who thinks they know better. The trick is knowing how to handle them. But each comedian has their own way of handling hecklers. Sometimes They are not even hecklers they are just people who disturb the show like this girl did and she sure hit a nerve with Lisa. Hopefully that girl left the building.
